Paul Strack
President
Since abandoning his career in public accounting, Paul has been with CustomXM for more than 25 years. As the second-generation business owner, Paul serves as president, sales manager, chief motivator and, when his mother takes time off, interim payroll manager. Paul has never seen a mic he didn’t like and occasionally enjoys juggling fire batons.
Michael Strack
Marketing Manager
Michael, son of Lisa & Paul Strack and grandson of Ira & Mary Lee Strack, becomes the 3rd generation to take root in the family business. Michael joins us as Marketing Manager, and will be responsible for all marketing initiatives for CustomXM. Michael will also expand the digital marketing services offered by CustomXM to its clients.
Sandy Costello
Office Manager and Customer Service
Sandy is the friendly face behind the voice you hear when you call CustomXM. She has been at CustomXM for more than 19 years, and is our office and customer service manager. She claims to have recently survived a mid-life crisis and has the powder blue Volkswagen Beetle to show for it. And yes, it is a convertible.
Jimmy Bradley
Production Manager
As our production manager for more than 13 years, Jimmy makes things happen. Jimmy totaled two cars before the age of 19 and claims he hasn’t had a traffic ticket since.
Rickey Nelson
Press Operator
Rickey is our primary press operator – the last of a diminishing breed in this ever-changing digital world. He has worked at CustomXM for more than 10 years. Rickey truly enjoys helping others, and has opportunities to do this often in his church ministries.
Bobby Noles
Bindery
Bobby is the veteran on our team, joining CustomXM more than 36 years ago after his graduation from Arkansas State. He is responsible for our bindery operations and all things related to cutting and folding. Bobby recently turned 65 years old and says he found his fountain of youth at the local fitness center.
